Billie Case, Pre-K Teaching Fellow
Billie joined Capital City in August 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from American University and is currently enrolled at Trinity Washington University in their Master in Teaching program.
She spent several years as an environmental educator working with elementary students on topics such as: ocean science, gardening, ornithology, and was a PreK Literacy Lab Tutor at Bridges Public Charter School. In 2014, Billie received the NOAA Ernest F. Hollings Scholar Honor.
Billie speaks intermediate Spanish. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, exploring the outdoors, and anything to do with animals!
