David Gentile, 6th Grade Humanities Teacher

David joined Capital City in August 2018.  He holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Secondary English Education from the University of Maryland.

David brings to Capital City over eight years of teaching experience having previously taught at Center City Public Charter School, Maya Angelou Public Charter School, Hardy Middle School and Howard County Public Schools.

Originally from Silver Spring, David speaks basic Tagalog and in his free time he enjoys Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu.
