Last month, our Middle School students involved in the Techbridge Girls free afterschool program had an "out-of-this-world" fieldwork experience. They visited NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD, tested out space simulators, and met Aprille Ericsson-Jackson, an aerospace engineer. TechBridge fosters curiosity and a love for STEM among girls. Our partnership with TechBridge has included afterschool programs, fieldwork to engineering firms, family tech nights, and a recent showing of Hidden Figures at the White House!
