During the 2016-2017 school year, Capital City participated in a national photo shoot to showcase deeper learning in public schools. "American Education: Images of Teachers and Students in Action" is a project of the Alliance for Excellent Education in partnership with the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. The photo library captures our diverse student body learning 21st Century Skills - such as critical thinking, problem solving, communication and collaboration - needed for college and careers.
