Our annual Fiesta Latina brought our families, students, staff and friends together to uplift and celebrate the contributions, talents, cultures, and achievements of community members who are from or whose ancestors are from Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America. This year's theme was Latinos: driving Prosperity, Power & Progress in America. The night featured performances, food, table displays, and so much more.
A huge thank you to our student, family and staff volunteers who dedicated their time and talents to this annual tradition.

- Baile Folklorico Salvadoreño, choreographed by Capital City parent Yenis Chavez: Alison (5th grade), Hillary (5th grade), Gabriella (1st grade), and Keira (Kindergarten)
- Merengue dance from the Dominican Republic Choreographed by Capital City parent Nairobi Lopez: Eva (9th grade), Paula (10th grade), and Delmi (10th grade) with special appearances by Brianna y Vinai (lower school students)
- Poem, Colors Crackle, Colors Roar: 1st and 2nd grade After-school Creative Drama Club
- Poem, Soy Latinoamericana: Camila (5th grade) and Glenda Salvador (Director of Family Engagement)
- Original piece, A Celebration of Dominican Dance: Ms. Burgos, Mr. Stegall and Ms. Butler with 7th and 8th graders
